2. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices on the website are stated in NOK including VAT, and prices apply at the time of purchase. We list product availability on the individual product page. Occasionally, a product may be sold out at the time of purchase. Dispatch times are estimates. Payment will not be deducted from your account until the time of dispatch or pick up.
When you place an order with HAYSHOP, you agree to enter into a contract with us. Once your order has been received, we will send you a receipt by email confirming your order which is an automatic acknowledgement of receipt of your order. Please note that your offer to purchase these items is not legally accepted until we send you an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order is dispatched from HAYSHOP you will receive an invoice by email stating time of dispatch and withdrawal of payment. We recommend that you print and keep all correspondence from us relating to your order.
4.1. SMALL PARCELS (ACCESSORIES ETC)
All goods are shipped from our store HAY HOUSE OSLO within 3-6 working days depending on stock.
If your order is not in stock and cannot be delivered within the 3-6 working days, we will contact you.
If your goods are damaged during the transportation, HAYSHOP.NO is liable. Please contact HAYSHOP.NO by phone or email for a solution to the problem. HAYSHOP.NO will refund the cost of returning the parcel.
4.2. FURNITURE AND CARPETS
Delivery times on furniture and rugs may vary as some of these are order produced. See the approximately delivery time on each product sheet. These must be picked up at HAY HOUSE OSLO`s storage if not delivery is available on the spesific product. Our storage is located just across the parking lot of the store.
We currently accept a variety of payment forms including VISA, Visa Electron and Mastercard. There are no extra charges when you shop using your credit card. Money is only drawn from your card after your order has been shipped from our warehouse or you have recieved your order. All prices shown on the website include VAT (Mva).
6. YOUR SAFTY AND SECURITY
HAYSHOP.NO has a partnership with PBS, and uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that all information sent over the internet in connection with a purchase is secure and encrypted. Neither HAYSHOP.DK nor others have the opportunity to see your information.
When you are asked to register your payment information, credit card number, validity date, etc.you enter the "secure area". In the secure area information is encrypted. The card is controlled for validity and as soon as an approval of the credit card is in place you will receive an automatic receipt.
HAYSHOP.NO will not receive your credit card number or the due date on the card, but get a message that the amount is booked to HAYSHOP.NO for later transaction when your goods are sent from our warehouse. When goods are dispatched, your account will be charged and you will receive an invoice confirmation e-mail. You are not liable if your card should be used without your accept in an internet store which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
7. RETURNS / CLAIMS
If received goods do not meet your expectations, you can return the goods within 14 days.
When you return goods to us, you will be required to pay for return postage unless we have made an error in connection with your purchase.
Please return goods to us in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds take place within 10 days from receiving the returned goods.
Please fill out the Returns formula attached to your ordre confirmation e-mail.

8. RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
According to the Norwegian Sale of Goods Act you have a right of complaint within a 24 month period from the day you receive your goods purchased from www. hayshop.no . This means that you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, refund or price deduction if your purchase has a defect and that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The defect must not be caused by improper use of the goods or other harmful behavior.
You must make your claim within a reasonable period after becoming aware of the defect. If your claim is justified, we will also refund your documented shipping costs when you returned the goods.

You can choose to become a member of HAYSHOP.NO and receive regular commercial emails from us, detailing new products, promotions and brand news. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link in all commercial communications that we send out. 10. AGE LIMIT
HAYSHOP.NO does not sell its products to minors under the age of 18. In cases of shoppers under this age, we suggest that you get assistance from a parent or guardian.
