Legg gjerne med angreskjema som fulgte med mailen med ordrebekreftelsen, men skriftelig beskjed er også helt i orden.

NEED TO RETURN ANYTHING?
First - send an email to hayshopno@hay.com with a return request.
Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
Accessories:
We will send you a pre-paid return label. Or you may deliver it back to our warehouse/store - depending on the product.
When we recieve the goods, we will refund the amount for the returned product(s) .
Furniture:
You`ve may also cancel a furniture ordre without any reason 14 days after receiving it. We do not accept return of "special order" as for ex; upholstered furniture. You must arrange the return of any larger furniture yourself, but we will of course be at your service.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you notice an error with your order after you`ve paid - please contact us asap on hayshopno@hay.com if you wish to change details about your order.
