Q: What are the delivery times and costs?
 
 
A: All accessories are shipped from our store HAY HOUSE Oslo within 4-7 working days depending on stock. If your order is not in stock and cannot be delivered within the 7 working days, we will contact you.
Standard shipping throughBRING NORGE costs from 99,- NOK.
Delivery is not available for furniture and big rugs. These must be picked up at HAY HOUSE OSLO, Josefines Gate 23. Larger products can be picked up at our storage near the store. You will receive notice when your goods are ready for pick-up.
Delivery time is estimated at the product sites.

Q: What payment methods do you offer?
 
 
A: We currently accept a variety of payment forms including VISA, Visa Electron and Mastercard. There are no extra charges when you shop using your credit card. Money is only drawn from your card after your order has been shipped from our warehouse. All prices shown on the website include VAT.

Q: Can I track my parcel?
 
 
A: All our parcels are delivered by Bring Norge. You can follow your parcel from our warehouse to the commissionaire by using the tracking number on your invoice. A text message will be sent to you when the parcel is ready for pick-up. If your parcel fails to arrive within the time frame of the service you have paid for, feel free to get in touch with Bring Norge or HAYSHOP.NO.

Q: How do I return unwanted goods?
 
 
A: Send an email to hayshopno@hay.dk.no including your name, address, order number and telephone number. Please tell us the reason for returning your goods. Refunds take place within 14 days.

When you return goods to us, we will refund your postage if we have made an error in connection with your purchase. If you are merely returning an item because you do not like or want it, you will be required to pay for return postage. Please return goods to us in their original condition and packaging. We will happily refund your money as long as we receive your return goods within 14 days from when you received them. At Christmas this period is usually extended.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
 
 
A: Once you have placed your order with us, you must contact us immediately on 22 69 33 50 (press 3) if you wish to change details about your order. Because we process orders almost as soon as they are received, it may not be possible to change your order a few days after you placed it.

A: What you see is what you pay! The prices that are shown in the shop are those that you pay for your goods. At times, goods are placed on offer or reduced in price as part of a special campaign. We are unable to change prices on a product once it has been ordered from HAYSHOP.NO.

Q: Do you offer worldwide delivery?
 
 
A: No, unfortunately we only offer deliveries within Norway.

Q: Can I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
 
 
A: You can subscribe our news letter and receive regular commercial emails from us, detailing new products, special promotions and brand news. We collect new mailing list members either though our website or by signing a form at HAY OSLO.
 
You can unsubscribe from our news letter by filling in the form on the website front page or clicking on the unsubscribe link in all commercial communications that we send out.
 
Occasionally there can be an error in the unsubscribe link sent to you, or possibly there could be a minor time-lag between your unsubscribing and the following email being sent.

Q: Can I order via phone or email?
 
 
A: At present we are unable to take orders via the telephone or email. If you are unsure as to how to shop with us online, feel free to contact us at 22 69 33 50.

Q: Can I return my goods?
 
 
A: If received goods do not meet your expectations, your order can be returned within 14 days. Please contact us ahead of the return explaining the reason for returning your goods. Refunds take place within 10 days.

A: We take security seriously. HAYSHOP.NO uses the best possible partners to ensure that the website is as secure as possible. When you shop on our website, all payment data is transmitted via secure encryption on our high-tech connections using complicated logarithm combinations, so that only we are able to read this data.
 
HAYSHOP.NO does not receive or store any information relating to your form of payment. We merely receive a message stating that the funds have been reserved to HAYSHOP.NO, and these can be transferred to us once your order has been processed and the goods dispatched.

Q: Do you have physical stores?
 
 
A: Yes. Our store HAY HOUSE Oslo processes all orders and have the same products in stock as HAYSHOP.NO. Furthermore, we have a quite a few retailers all over the country.
