2. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Shopping on HAYSHOP.NO takes place through the placing of orders online at the following address www.hayshop.no. All prices on the website are stated in NOK including VAT, and prices apply at the time of purchase. We list product availability on the individual product page. Beyond that, we are unable to be totally precise regarding the availability of an individual product. Occasionally, a product may be sold out at the time of purchase. This may occur as a result of a technical error. In cases of goods being sold out, then the product cost is deducted from the overall invoice. Dispatch times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed 100%. Payment will not be deducted from your account until the time of dispatch or pick up.

3. CONTRACT

When you place an order with HAYSHOP, you agree to enter into a contract with us. Once your order has been received, we will send you an Order Confirmation email confirming your order and detailing your name, address and order details, including the goods you have ordered and their prices. Please note that this email is only an automatic acknowledgement of receipt of your order and your offer to purchase these items is note legally accepted until we send you an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order is dispatched from HAY HOUSE OSLO you will receive an invoice by email stating time of dispatch and withdrawal of payment. We recommend that you print and keep all correspondence from us relating to your order.

4. DELIVERY OF YOUR PARCEL

From the point at which you place an order with HAYSHOP.NO, your parcel is packed and dispatched from HAY HOUSE OSLO within 1-2 working days. Packets are sent through Bring Norge and can be picked up at one of your nearest post office. Your order will be ready for pick up within 4-5 week days if goods are in stock. Transportation cost is from 99 NOK.

If your goods are damaged during the transportation, HAYSHOP.NO is liable. Please contact HAYSHOP.NO by phone or email for a solution to the problem. HAYSHOP.NO will refund the cost of returning the parcel.

5. PAYMENT

We currently accept a variety of payment forms including - VISA, Visa Electron and Mastercard. Money is only drawn from your card after your order has been shipped from HAY OSLO. All prices shown on the website include 25% VAT.

6. SECURITY

HAYSHOP.NO has a partnership with PBS, and uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that all information sent over the internet in connection with a purchase is secure and encrypted. Neither HAYSHOP.NO nor others have the opportunity to see your information.

There is no encryption when you search around on our website for great offers, but as soon as you register your payment information, credit card number, validity date, etc. then enter a "secure area". In the secure area information is encrypted. The card is controlled for validity for trading, that it is not blocked or for some other reason invalid. As soon as an approval of the credit card is in place you will receive an order confirmation.

HAYSHOP.NO will not receive your credit card number or the due date on the card, but get a message that the amount is booked to HAYSHOP.NO for later transaction when your goods are sent from our warehouse. When goods are sent out with Posten Norge, your account will be charged and you will receive an invoice confirmation e-mail. You are not liable if your card should be used in an internet store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

7. RETURN OF GOODS PURCHASED

If received goods do not meet your expectations, your order can be returned within 14 days. Please contact us ahead of the return explaining the reason for returning your goods. Refunds take place within 10 days.

Please include a note in your parcel with the following details: order number, name, address, telephone number, and bank details. Send the parcel to the following address:

When you return goods to us, we will refund your postage if we have made an error in connection with your purchase. If you are merely returning an item because you do not like or want it, you will be required to pay for return postage. Please return goods to us in their original condition and, packaging. We will happily refund your money as long as we receive your return goods within 14 days from when you received them. At Christmas this period is usually extended.

8. CANCELLING AN ORDER

Cancelled goods should be received by us no later than 14 days after you have received your goods. We would ask you to return cancelled goods to us in the same condition as they were when they were received. If you cancel an order after dispatch from our HAY OSLO, you are required to pay for return delivery charges. If you cancel an order before dispatch, we will simply delete your order including payment. If cancelled goods have already been shipped at the time of cancellation, then you are asked to include your bank details where your money can be refunded.


9. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

You have a right of complaint within a 24 month period from the day you receive your goods purchased from www.hayshop.no. This means that you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, refund or price deduction if your purchase has a defect and that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The defect must not be caused by improper use of the goods or other harmful behavior.

You must make your claim within a reasonable period after becoming aware of the defect. If your claim is justified, we will also refund your documented shipping costs when you returned the goods. 10. DATA PROTECTION

Nine United Norway AS is committed to protecting your privacy and security as user of HAYSHOP.NO .

All information that is provided by the customer while shopping at our website is purely used to ensure an easy and convenient shopping experience. Information is treated in strict compliance with all applicable data protection rules laid down by consumer legislation.

No data that identifies the individual is passed on to any third party. The only statistics that are collected relate to site traffic and commercial information, which is shared with third parties for the pure purpose of improving your experience on HAYSHOP.NO.

11. UNSUBSCRIBING FROM OUR MAILING LIST

You can choose to become a member of HAYSHOP.NO and receive regular commercial emails from us, detailing new products, promotions and brand news. We collect new members to our mailing list either though our own website or HAY OSLO only. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link in all commercial communications that we send out. If you experience problems relating to unsubscribing from our mail list, then we apologize. Occasionally there can be an error in the unsubscribe link sent to you, or possibly there could be a minor time-lag between your unsubscribing and the following email being sent.

If you encounter any problems unsubscribing from our commercial correspondence, then please bear with us, and we would ask you to send an email to hay@hayshop.no. We will make sure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

12. PERSONAL INFORMATION

In order to shop on HAYSHOP.NO, we require the following information from you:

HAYSHOP.NO registers the above information purely with the intention of being able to deliver your ordered goods, as well as to give you the best possible shopping experience. Personal information is stored by Nine United Norway/ HAY. If you wish to have your details removed from our information list, please inform us in writing. Please note: we do not store payment information such as credit card numbers and no information we receive from you is shared with any third party.

13. SHOPPING AGE LIMITS

HAYSHOP.NO does not sell its products to minors under the age of 18. In cases of shoppers under this age, we suggest that you get assistance from a parent or guardian.

All content provided on this website, including pictures, text, graphics, logos and software is the property of Nine United Norway As or its partners and is protected by international copyright and database right laws. You may not extract data using any data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools from HAYSHOP.NO without prior written consent from Nine United Norway AS.

15. DISCLAIMER

To the fullest extent possible, Nine United Norway AS / HAYSHOP.NO provides content on this website that is accurate. Occasionally there may be price changes, sold out goods and unintentional errors on the website. We reserve the right to be exempt from liability for errors or changes incurred in this respect. BS Studio Norge AS makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or the information, content, materials or products included in this site including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and suitability for a particular purpose.
